Our patient portal allows patients to view their personal information, reset passwords, view patient balance, send messages, view health records, labs, diagnostics, referrals, appointment information, and answer health questionnaires. If you are an established patient and have provided an email, once you are "web-enabled" (we do this, or you can using the button below), you will receive an email with your user name. Once you try to log in with the user name, you will be prompted to create a password.

New patients can click the link for the patient portal below. There is a "pre-registration" button on the home screen that allows you to register yourself as a new patient. The data then comes to the office, which speeds up the registration process to get you seen sooner. For pictured instructions, please click the Patient instruction button.
